Idea board. It lives at /ideas on the site, beside writing and portfolio.
Problem defined
A portfolio only shows finished things. Everything in between — the half-formed idea, the thing still being argued with — is invisible, so the site under-represents what is actually going on and there is no public record of the process.

Flow mapped
One Notion database holds every idea. A Status property marks how far it has got along a fixed seven-step ladder. An hourly job turns published rows into files in the site repo, and the site renders them as a board with a progress meter per idea.
Phase 1 deliverable
The board itself: a list of ideas, each showing what it is, how it might work, and how far along it is, with its own page for the detail.
